Parish Episcopal School teacher arrested on child pornography charges

DALLAS – A Dallas private school teacher has been suspended after being arrested on charges of child pornography.

Brandon Froning, 31, was taken into custody on Monday.

Since 2021, he has been teaching at the lower parish episcopal school for elementary students.

The school said it had conducted several reviews of Froning’s references and background, and none of them found any issues.

Grand Prairie ISD teacher/coach accused of mistreating student

The accusations do not concern any of his students.

“To the best of our knowledge, these allegations relate solely to online misconduct and do not involve current or former ward students,” the school said in a letter to parents.

Froning is on hold pending investigation.

He is being held at the Dallas County Jail on $50,000 bail.
