Officials looking for 33-year-old missing woman from Collin County

The Collin County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a 33-year-old missing woman.

Kayla Kelly went missing on January 11 after not being seen for several days, officials said.

Officials said that after her disappearance, Kelly’s car was in a “remote area” of Frisco.

The investigation into Kelly’s disappearance led officials to name 32-year-old Okastor Ferguson, also known as Kevin Brown, as a person of interest.

Investigators arrested Ferguson for kidnapping, officials said. It is currently contained in
Collin County Detention Center on $1,000,000 bail.
