New Jersey’s Epic Multi-City Music & Arts Festival to Take Place This Summer: See the Biggest Names, Dates and More

This summer, Garden State will host a week-long festival of music, art and technology.

Gov. Phil Murphy, Newark Mayor Ras Baraka, Asbury Park Mayor John Moore, and Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small Jr. jointly announced the North to Shore festival starting June 7th on Monday.

The festival will be hosted by three cities: Atlantic City (June 7-11), Asbury Park (June 14-18) and Newark (June 21-25).

“We’re thrilled to announce North to Shore, New Jersey’s first multi-city festival dedicated to the best of music, comedy, film and technology,” said Murphy. from around the world, creating another compelling reason for tourists to visit the Garden State, as well as local business opportunities in our three iconic cities.”

According to the governor, the festival “will stimulate economic activity and will have a significant impact on our region.”

The festival will feature comedy shows, film screenings, concerts and even presentations by clean energy, technology and business leaders.

It is the birthplace of passionate artists of all stripes, outstanding innovators in industry and science, illustrious minds in education and philosophy, and valiant hearts leading social progress,” said Baraka. “We are thrilled to welcome so many unique creative talents to our world-class venues and legendary stages, and we open our arms to visitors from all over the world to enjoy and experience North To Shore’s breathtaking expression and ideas. vibrant energy that makes the city of Newark wonderfully unique.”

Meanwhile, Moore said that while “Asbury Park has a rich arts scene – and while we’re best known for our musical history, we’re also home to a plethora of creators across all arts, including film, dance, theater and the visual arts.” “
