NBC 4 to Exclusively Stream and Broadcast Live of the 262nd St. Patrick’s Day Parade on March 17

Offering a front row seat for one of the world’s most popular and longest running parades, NBC 4 New York will broadcast an exclusive live coverage of 262th New York St. Patrick’s Day parade on Friday, March 17th. Starting at 11:00 AM ET and continuing until 3:00 PM ET, tri-state viewers can enjoy live streaming on WNBC, NBCNewYork.com, and the NBC 4 app.

For the first time, the parade will also be available to national and international audiences via NBC New York News’ home broadcast on Peacock, The Roku Channel, Samsung TV Plus and Xumo Play. (Click here for a step-by-step guide to accessing the NBC New York News streaming channel.)

Our livestream will feature four hours of coverage from Fifth Avenue with unique sights and sounds found only in New York’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade,” said Eric Lerner, President and General Manager of NBC 4 New York.

The broadcast will be hosted by WNBC. Weekend today in New York host Gus Rosendale and News 4 New York reporter Rana Novini. Joining Rosendale in the broadcast booth will be Ireland Calling radio show personality Treas Goodwin-Smith, as well as world-famous sports announcer and commentator Tommy Smith. They will provide viewers with a fascinating and educational glimpse into the Parade’s rich history. Novini will take viewers on an unforgettable journey along the Fifth Avenue parade route, with a traditional stop at St. Patrick’s Cathedral and interviewing parade participants and spectators every step of the way.

Kevin J. Conway was named Grand Marshal of the 2023 New York St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Conway is Vice Chairman of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC, a global private equity firm that he joined in 1997. Active in social and charitable circles, Conway is a trustee of the Carnegie Corporation of New York and vice chairman of the student sponsor board. Partners, board member of the Long Island Catholic Health Service and board member of the New York Catholic Foundation. He resides on Long Island with his family and traces his Irish heritage through several generations to Counties Leitrim, Cork, Meath and Limerick.
