More than 200 grams of drugs were seized from a resident of Hendry County.

HENDRY COUNTY, Florida. Sentencing date for Hendry County resident has been set. Jay Alexander was found guilty and charged with amphetamine trafficking and knowledge of controlled substance trafficking.

In September, the Hendry County Sheriff’s Narcotics Department issued a search warrant. During the search, Alexander confessed to possession of drugs in the house.

A total of four packets of methamphetamine were recovered. Officers also found oxycodone and smoking paraphernalia with methamphetamine residue inside.
