More classified documents were found at Biden’s home a week after the White House said the search was “finished.”

All eyes are on White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre after additional classified documents were discovered at President Biden’s Delaware home more than a week after she said the search of the residence was “completed.”

On Friday, Justice Department officials seized “six items consisting of classified documents” at the Wilmington estate, nine days after a spokesman insisted no additional documents would be found.

“On January 20, 2023, the FBI conducted a planned concerted search of the President’s residence in Wilmington, Delaware,” Joseph D. Fitzpatrick, Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois, John Lausch, told Fox News. Saturday.

Biden’s personal attorney Bob Bauer later confirmed that “the Justice Department had full access to the president’s home, including personal handwritten notes, files, papers, folders, memorabilia, to-do lists, schedules, and memos dating back decades.”

The new discovery appears to contradict what Jean-Pierre had previously said from the White House podium.

On Jan. 12, Jean-Pierre told reporters during a press conference that the search of President Biden’s Wilmington residence was “completed” and that the matter was “in the hands of the special counsel” before telling reporters that they “should assume completed, yes “.

Karine-Pierre later confirmed at a press conference that “the search is over.”

But later that night, and again on Friday, additional documents were found.

On January 13, the day after Jean-Pierre’s initial “full” remark, White House Special Counsel Richard Sauber said that new classified documents had been discovered Thursday night.

KARINE JEAN-PIERRE SAID THE SEARCH FOR DOCUMENTS WAS “FINISHED” BEFORE WH ANNOUNCED THE FOUND DOCUMENTS

“Because I have a security clearance, I went to Wilmington on Thursday evening to help hand over the document found by the President’s personal lawyer on Wednesday to the Department of Justice. While I was handing it over to the Justice Department officials accompanying me, five additional pages with classification marks were found among the materials with it, for a total of six pages. The Justice Department officials who were with me immediately took possession of them,” Sauber said.

A week later, on January 20, additional documents were unearthed when officials from the Justice Department, the FBI, and Biden’s personal lawyers conducted another search of the house.

Friday searches began at 9:45 am and ended on Friday evening at about 10:30 pm.

Bauer said that “all work, living and storage areas in the house” were searched Saturday night.

“At the start of this case, the president instructed his personal attorneys to cooperate fully with the Justice Department,” Bauer said. “Accordingly, having previously identified and reported to the DOJ a small number of class-marked documents at the President’s home in Wilmington, and in the interests of moving the process as quickly as possible, we have proposed that immediate access be granted to his home to allow the DOJ to search the entire premises for potential records. Vice President and potential X-Files.”

The White House had no clarity on the matter or apparent inconsistencies, as Jean-Pierre declined to answer questions about whether additional classified documents would be found.

BIDEN RESPONDED TO THE WORDS THAT HE HAS NO REGRETS ABOUT CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS

Earlier this week, she shrugged off several questions and referred reporters to a White House special adviser. Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed an independent special counsel to investigate Biden’s alleged mishandling of classified documents on January 12, 2023.

“I will just continue to exercise caution,” said Jean-Pierre. “I will allow this ongoing review that is taking place, this trial that is taking place, and I will allow this process to continue under the direction of the special counsel. I won’t comment from here.”

“One of the things that we’ve been talking about for the past two years, when it comes to the Department of Justice, when it comes to legal issues, when it comes to legal issues, we’ve been very clear that we’re not going to comment. We are not going to interfere politically,” she added on Tuesday, January 17. “I will say that we agree with what we have said about fully cooperating with the Department of Justice on this matter, and we will continue to cooperate fully with the Special Counsel.”

Later in the same press conference, Jean-Pierre defended herself by saying that she “provided” all the information available to her and her office.
