How much will a subscription cost?

• Fans can subscribe to the MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app for $14.99/month or $99/season, while Apple TV+ subscribers can sign up for a special price of $12.99/month and $79/season.
• MLS fans certainly have experience with subscription services such as MLS Direct Kick and MLS Live. MLS season pass prices are nearly identical, but the depth and breadth of content, production quality, and the world-class user experience that Apple is known for make this offering much more appealing to football fans around the world.
  • NOTE. An average of six MLS season pass games per week will be available free of charge to anyone with an internet connection.
• Season Pass members get free access to the MLS Season Pass for every STM account.

What about the club’s fans who want to hear what local talent calls matches?

• At all MLS matches, football fans will be able to listen to their club’s national broadcasts or local radio broadcasts via a drop-down menu on the MLS streaming service. In 2023, away radio calls will not be available, but will be added in future seasons.

Where will the games be broadcast?

• The Apple TV app available on Apple devices, smart TVs, streaming devices from Roku, Amazon and Google, game consoles, and online at tv.apple.com.

In which countries will the MLS Season Pass be available?

• Our goal is to maximize the reach of MLS through Apple to fans in over 100 countries and regions around the world. We will provide more details as we get closer to the start of the 2023 season.

Why didn’t you just integrate MLS into Apple TV+?

• Select MLS and League Cup matches, including some of the biggest playoff matches, will be available to Apple TV+ subscribers at no additional charge, while a limited number of matches are available for free. This will be a great way for more casual fans to check out all the great action and exciting stories MLS has to offer.
• For MLS fans who want an all-round experience, the new MLS streaming service will feature all matches live, a new weekly live show so they never miss a thrilling goal or save, and game replays. , highlights, analysis and other original programs. These live and on-demand MLS programming will provide in-depth behind-the-scenes looks at the players and clubs fans love.
• Most importantly, fans will have a choice – they can choose to subscribe to the full MLS service or enjoy a wide selection of matches as part of their existing Apple TV+ subscription.

How can consumers who have never used the Apple TV app find an MLS season pass?

• All they need is an Internet connection and the Apple TV app open on Apple devices, smart TVs, streaming devices, set-top boxes, or game consoles, or they can stream online through tv.apple.com.

Do I need an Apple account to watch free games?

What if I have an offer for Apple TV+? Am I still getting a discount on the MLS price?

• Yes, all Apple TV+ customers are eligible for special MLS pricing. Buyers first need to activate their offer to receive the discount.

I have an Apple TV+ through my Family Sharing account. Am I eligible for an MLS discount?

• A primary subscriber in an Apple TV+ or Apple One Family Sharing group must subscribe to an MLS season pass to receive the discount and can then share it with their Family Sharing group.

Does the MLS season pass support family access?

• Yes. Up to six family members can use the MLS Season Pass.

Will customers be able to purchase access to a la carte matches?

• No.

Will there be a free trial of the MLS service?

• The first weekend will be free.
• There will be no trial period other than the first weekend, but an average of six matches per week will be available for free.

How will Android users be able to watch MLS on the Apple TV app?

• Android users can watch MLS through their mobile browser at tv.apple.com and, of course, on their connected TVs.
