Missing Vine Man’s Parents Plead for His Safe Return

Photos aside, it’s been almost three weeks since Christian Salter-Williams’ parents saw his face.

“It’s a parent’s worst nightmare,” said Avis Williams, Christian’s mother.

This was stated by the father of Avis and Christian Thomas Williams. 31 year old man disappeared after he left his family’s home in Grapevine on January 18.

During the ice storm last week Grapevine police urgently appealed to the public for help in finding him..

“That worries us because he also has health issues and with the weather, which was, which, again, is one of the reasons we want this to take it to the next level, because we are very, very concerned. that he can be out of harm’s way,” said Avis Williams.

Police said sightings were possible in several towns, including Grapevine, Hurst and Keller, but Christian’s last confirmed location was on January 23 at Wataug.

“We believe the last contact was with Hulth City,” Avis Williams said.

Williams said they drove around the area for hours posting notices about missing UNT graduates and Grapevine High School graduates.

“If anyone has seen Christian and if anyone should make contact with him, please contact the Grapevine Police Department,” Avis Williams said.

Christian is six feet tall and weighs about 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red and black plaid flannel jacket and hoodie, dark sweatpants with lighter shorts on top, and black tennis shoes with white soles.

Police are urging anyone who sees him to call Grapevine Police at 817-410-8127 or email [email protected].
