MDPD employee returns to work after on-duty accident in April

MIAMI (WSVN) – Miami Police Officer Dade Matt Larsh received a warm welcome from his fellow officers after a long road to recovery.

On Monday, Larsh officially returned to work with his colleagues.

In April 2022, he was involved in a motorcycle accident with an SUV while on duty.

The officer spent almost nine months in recovery, which included several surgeries and rehabilitation.
