Doe was “in pain, scared, frustrated, humiliated and confused” and developed a drug and alcohol addiction shortly after the incident, the lawsuit says.

A few weeks later, Manson contacted her at her home and asked her to send racy photos of herself and her friends to his Satan’s Bakesale fan club, the lawsuit says. And he spoke to her via internet chat to have her come to another performance in New Orleans, Louisiana on December 9, 1995, court documents say.

There, Manson “groomed the plaintiff, complimenting her, playing with her hair and looking at photographs and drawings she brought with her” before raping her again, the lawsuit says.

Doe alleges that she was also sexually abused by Manson numerous times during the month he was on tour and years later in 1999 when she was 19, according to the lawsuit.

“The Plaintiff was lured into the dark world of the Defendants, full of drugs, alcohol, sexual deviations, harassment, insults and assaults,” the lawsuit states.

During this period, Manson and “his associates” gave her drugs and alcohol, and he may have continued to abuse her as an adult for courting her when she was still a minor, the lawsuit says.

Doe is suing for unspecified damages.

Representatives for Manson and Universal Music Group – the parent company of Interscope and Nothing Records – did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
