Man killed on New York subway in Brooklyn

Police said the man was hit by a New York City subway train in Brooklyn early Saturday morning.

Police said the victim, an unidentified male in his 20s, was “spotted” on the tracks when he was hit by a southbound A train at Broadway Junction subway station, located on the border of Bedford-Stuyvesant and East New York.

The man died at the scene shortly after midnight, police said.

“It doesn’t look like a crime is involved,” an NYPD spokeswoman said.
