Man, 23, accused of raping a minor

Johnny Rodriguez was taken into custody by the Fugitive Detention Unit without incident and sent to the Bexar County Jail.

BEXAR COUNTY, Texas. A 23-year-old man has been arrested and charged with child sexual abuse, the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said.

The BCSO reports that the underage victim was with one of her friends when they were picked up by another friend. When they were taken away, there were two men in the car.

The victim told law enforcement that one of the men raped her in the back seat of a car. The suspect was later identified as Johnny Rodriguez, 23.

He was taken into custody by the Fugitive Detention Unit without incident and placed in the Bexar County Jail.

Rodriguez is accused of sexually abusing a child.
