Hunter Biden sends ‘desperate, flippant and laughable’ letter to Giuliani, Bobulinsky to keep ‘laptop from hell’ records

Hunter Biden and his powerful and costly legal team sent Rudy Giuliani, Tony Bobulinski and 12 other subscribers a “suspension” letter demanding they keep the “Laptop from Hell” tapes. a disturbing tale for the Biden family.

The court letter asks individuals to “keep potential evidence for future lawsuits related to alleged identity theft, which may include information from his laptop,” according to NBC News.

Among those who were asked to keep the records were Roger Stone; John Paul Mac Isaac, computer repairman; lawyer Robert Costello; former Trump aide Garrett M. Siegl; Biden family associate Bobulinski; and Giuliani, a former mayor of New York and Trump’s attorney.

Each letter to 14 persons says:

You have made various statements and engaged in certain activities, either by your own admission or as publicly reported in the media, in relation to our client, Robert Hunter Biden (“Mr. Biden”). This letter (the “Notice”) is a notice that a court stay must be in effect for the preservation and storage of all records and documents related to Mr. Biden.

A member of Hunter’s legal team told NBC News that the president’s son is trying to protect his “family” from extensive and sustained attacks related to his business operations in foreign countries such as Ukraine, Russia and China. “We’re going back to 2008 to make sure we’ve documented widespread and sustained attacks on the Biden family,” the statement said.

Mike Davis, founder and president of the pro-Trump Article III project, told Breitbart News that the letter is a “desperate, frivolous and laughable” attempt that will only hurt the family’s legal position because the lawsuit will lead to discovery, legal process. whereby Hunter will be overthrown on camera.

“This is a desperate, flippant and ridiculous attempt to silence political critics of President Biden and his corrupt family,” he said. “It won’t work and will backfire on the Bidens, both legally and politically.”

“I hope Hunter Biden is stupid enough to sue because the discovery — including Hunter’s videotaped testimony — will be manna from heaven,” Davis added.

The letter comes as Hunter appears to have been trying to change the public relations fight going on between House investigators and his powerful lawyers. Experts told Breitbart News that Hunter could be paying more than $100,000 a month for his legal defense. Hunter is reportedly weighing whether to pay for his defense by setting up a fund that donors can contribute to. However, little transparency is offered regarding donors.

It’s not the first time his dear lawyers have sent threatening letters. The Homeland Security Division of the Justice Department and the Delaware Attorney General’s Office received letters demanding an investigation into Hunter’s “Laptop from Hell”.

Meanwhile, the Biden family business scandal is beginning to take its toll on Joe Biden’s presidency. Instead of talking about politics, Joe Biden was bombarded with questions about the family business. On Wednesday, Joe Biden told PBS News that “the public will not pay attention” to nine GOP investigations into his family, such as money laundering, wire fraud and tax evasion.

But the survey shows otherwise. According to a recent poll, 61 percent of voters believe Joe Biden likely consulted and may have profited from his son Hunter’s overseas business deals, including at least one involving a company in mainland China. Forty-four percent say it’s very likely.
