How to help the Red Cross in the aftermath of the earthquake in Turkey and Syria

A magnitude 7.8 earthquake and its aftershocks that hit southeastern Turkey and northern Syria on February 6 turned cities and towns into mountains of broken concrete and twisted metal. The death toll exceeded 35,000.

Now volunteers from organizations in North Texas come together to donate supplies and money for earthquake victims.

American Red Cross Earthquake Relief

NBC 5 and Telemundo 39 have teamed up with the Red Cross, which is providing volunteers, supplies, shelter and more in areas hit by a massive earthquake.

Go to the Red Cross website and click the drop down menu to donate to the Turkey Earthquake (Turkey).
