Hits struck, chaos ensues aboard Southwest Airlines jet in Dallas

Chaos erupted aboard a Southwest Airlines flight in Dallas when one passenger unleashed a torrent of punches on another in an attack caught on viral video, officials said Wednesday.

In the latest case of passenger misbehavior, travelers bound for Phoenix were boarding Flight 117 at Love Field when a man in a brown blazer stood over a heavily tattooed man and began beating him, according to video footage.

Moments earlier, a man in a blazer approached the tattooed gentleman, asked for his address, “and he actually gave him the address and then just started hitting him,” eyewitness Caitlin Johnson, 32, told NBC News Wednesday.
