Harry’s Taco Club Brings Mexican Street Food to San Diego’s Point Loma

March 4, 2023 Coffee shop owner Harry’s brings the new outpost of his Mexican street food concept Harry’s Taco Club to Point Loma in San Diego.

The space that last housed the catering branch of the Venetian Restaurant in Point Loma has been refurbished by a local hospitality group that includes John Rudolph, who owns Harry’s Coffee Shop in La Jolla, Cass Street Bar & Grill, and Taco Harry’s Club in Pacifica. Beach. The Venetian in Point Loma, Americana in Del Mar, and Mike’s Taco Club in Ocean Beach. The team is also in the process of creating a new outpost for sister concepts Cass Street Bar & Grill and Harry’s Taco Club on the site that last housed the short-lived JJ’s Sports Bar & Grill on Ocean Beach’s Newport Avenue.

Harry’s Taco Club was first opened in Pacific Beach in 2020 as a nearly identical copy of Mike’s Ocean Beach Taco Club. Expect a menu of tacos, burritos, chips, stew fries, ceviches, quesadillas and other Mexican-style side dishes. There will also be a full bar with cocktails, margaritas, beer and wine, as well as soft drinks such as homemade water fresco and Mexican soda.
