Governor DeSantis’ immigration plan will revoke Governor Newsom’s ID cards for illegal immigrants.

Gov. Ron DeSantis’ planned legislative proposal to combat illegal immigration in Florida could be the state’s most transformative plan ever, a Florida state senator told Fox News.

The overhaul will increase penalties for human smuggling and falsification of documents and will require public employers to verify the legal status of their employees. It also includes proposals for health care spending, voting, and out-of-state IDs.

“I believe this will be the largest, most comprehensive, and landmark anti-illegal immigration bill ever passed in the United States,” Florida Senator Blaise Ingola, who is working on the proposal with DeSantis, told Fox. News. “This should be a plan for other states so that we can all as states fight back against the federal government, the Biden administration, Secretary of State Majorcas and their open borders policy.”

DeSantis, announcing the immigration plan, said that Florida “will not turn a blind eye to the dangers of a Biden border crisis” and that his administration “will do everything in our power to protect the people of Florida from what is happening on the border.” and border crisis.

The proposal also aims to track how much the healthcare industry spends on illegal immigrants.

“INe because the state of Florida really needs to get its hands on the dollar amount, the amount of money Florida residents pay for illegal immigrants who go through emergency rooms,” Republican Ingoglia told Fox News. “If this bill is to pass, hospitals, any hospital that receives state Medicaid dollars, will have to ask at admission whether they are in the country legally or illegally,”

Medical care for illegal immigrants in Florida cost more than $310 million in the last fiscal year, according to the state.

Ingoglia also said that DeSantis’ plan would invalidate all out-of-state identities of illegal immigrants. Law enforcement will act as if the person had no ID at all.

More than 1.1 million driver’s licenses have been issued to undocumented migrants in California since 2014, according to the state. In addition, in September, California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed into law a law allowing illegal immigrants to obtain state ID cards.

“So it’s this and a lot more that this state of Florida is going to do to really get the federal government to finally address this issue,” Ingoglia told Fox News.
