Myers said he declined the invitation, telling Santos that he was not a fan of clubs and bars and was not a good singer.

“The congressman took his hand and ran it down my leg to my inner thigh and then touched my groin,” the complaint says.

Santos then allegedly informed him that his husband was out of town and asked if he would like to come.

Earlier in the day, the congressman told him that he had Grindr, an LGBTQ+ dating app, and asked if Myers had a profile.

Myers also claims that although he was hired as a full-time employee, he was told that he would volunteer until his paperwork was processed, which he later found was a violation of House ethics rules. Myers is asking for an investigation into “violation of allowing a volunteer to work in a workplace and shifting work from paid employees to a volunteer with the promise of future employment,” the complaint says.

GEORGE SANTOS DIVES INTO CONGRESSIONAL LIFE, MAKES THREE SHORT SPEECHES

He said the offer to work in Santos’ office was rescinded Wednesday after a Long Island spokesman raised concerns that Myers was eavesdropping on his calls. Myers, a former local journalist from Ohio, was arrested in October for wiretapping after he recorded an audio recording of a courtroom testimony.

Myers told Santos that he would never record it, but then leaked a tape of one of their conversations to the press, in which the congressman said, “And I obviously screwed up and lied to him like I lied to everyone else. ‘, addressing his chief of staff.

Santos was exposed for lying about much of his past during his 2022 campaign, including his work and education history, connections to an alleged Ponzi scheme, the death of his mother, and that he was previously married to a woman despite that he is now openly gay.
