Florida police say woman shot terminally ill husband in hospital

Florida police say a woman shot and killed her terminally ill husband on Saturday while he was in the hospital.

The incident took place on Saturday in AdventHealth Daytona Beach, Florida, according to police, who said officers saw the woman shoot her husband and remain in the room, FOX 35 reported.

“Officers have evacuated staff and patients around the room, and the woman is not currently being considered a threat to staff or patients,” the Daytona Beach Police Department said.

Police say no one was hurt except for her husband.
