Fisher Investments founder Ken Fisher talks about recent bank failures.

SAN DIEGO (CUSI) — The Federal Reserve is putting the Silicon Valley Bank under a microscope.

An investigation has been launched to find out how regulators missed the financial crash.

Moreover, Moody’s downgraded its outlook for the entire US banking sector immediately after the firm put 6 banks under review for a potential credit rating downgrade.

The reason for the collapse is very complicated, as Americans hope that no other bank will follow the path of the Silicon Valley bank.

Fisher Investments founder and executive chairman Ken Fisher joined KUSI’s Paul Rudy on Good Morning San Diego to explain the situation in more detail.

Fischer tried to reassure people by explaining that “in general, the banks are in almost the best condition in my entire 50-year career.”
