Fashion designer Jill Stewart has sold her home in the Hamptons.

The stunning Sagaponack property at 113 Parsonage Lane was sold earlier this month for $9.35 million. The last time he asked for 10.99 million dollars. It first appeared on the market with another broker for $13.99 million in June 2021.

Two years before registering the East End estate for the first time, Stewart sued her ex-husband Ron Curtis, the CEO of her clothing company, alleging she lost $25 million because he was bad managed a family trust. While Stewart could not be contacted for comment, sources say the couple is still in the process of divorcing.

The modern 5,000-square-foot farmhouse sits on 1.6 acres and is designed by architect Annabelle Selldorf, who also designed the interiors for Stewart’s six-bedroom apartment at the Philip Johnson-designed Urban Glass House in Soho.

The Hampton House opens into a foyer that leads to a living room with a wood-burning fireplace. There is also a chef’s kitchen, a media/family room and a dining area with French doors leading out. The ground floor also has a junior bedroom and another guest bedroom. Upstairs there are four en-suite bedrooms, a master bedroom with another wood-burning fireplace, a walk-in closet with a window, and a spa tub. The pool house has a gym, bathroom and laundry facilities.

Outside, there are bluestone patios, a gas fire pit, a swimming pool, a hot tub, a four-car garage, landscaped gardens – and plenty of room to build tennis courts.

The listing broker was Douglas Elliman’s Kelly Bensimon — an author, model, TV presenter and alum of The Real Housewives of New York — and a potential cast member for his upcoming spin-off series Legacies, according to Page Six. Bensimon, a broker in Manhattan, the Hamptons and Florida, now leads a team of 12 and tells Gimme Shelter she has a global business with clients in Paris, Brazil, London and Australia.
