Document: Hunter made monthly rent payments of $49,910 while living at Joe Biden’s residence.

According to a document found New York Post Miranda Devine.

The document, titled “Background Verification Request,” reveals that Hunter paid $49,910 in monthly rent for one year while living at Joe Biden’s Delaware residence, where the president kept classified documents along with his Corvette in a garage.

According to the document, Hunter listed his lease from March 2017 to February 2018. The document was signed in July 2018.

In 2017, Joe Biden left the White House and kept a large amount of classified documents in his Delaware garage and two other locations. According to CNN, the first batch of documents found contains information relating to Ukraine and Iran.

The document also shows that Hunter ticked off the form claiming to own Joe Biden’s house. It is unknown why Hunter would pay rent if he owned the house.

It should be noted that Joe Biden’s 2017 tax return lists only $19,800 in “rent received” on Schedule E. In 2018, Biden did not list any rent received.

Owasco PC, Hunter’s law firm, is also listed in the document as an entity that Hunter owned in 2018.

Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer (R-KY) believes that many of Hunter’s suspicious wire transfers flagged by US banks are related to Owasco PC. Comer is investigating the Biden family business for wire fraud and has demanded that Hunter’s personal wealth manager turn over “suspicious” bank records related to the Biden family business schemes.

For years, wire transfers have been the preferred tool for money laundering. To mitigate risk for financial institutions, suspicious wire transfers over $10,000 are flagged for review. Wire transactions over $10,000 must also be reported to the IRS.

In addition, international electronic payments, such as payments to James and Hunter Biden, are monitored by the Office of Foreign Assets Control to ensure that the money is not part of corrupt business schemes.

Hunter Biden revealed in a 2019 text message to his daughter that the family has an arrangement whereby Joe Biden receives half of his son’s salary.

“I hope you all can do what I did and pay for everything for this whole family for 30 years,” Hunter wrote in messages to his daughter. “It’s really hard. But don’t worry, unlike Pop. [Joe]I won’t force you to give me half your salary.

According to former Utah U.S. Attorney Brett Tolman, the Biden family’s payment mechanism could reveal the core of an entrenched business venture that could include legal “predicates” for racketeering charges.
