Dallas police have issued a silver alert for the missing Arthur Henry Page.

DALLAS (CBSNewsTexas.com) – A Silver Warning has been issued for Arthur Henry Page, who was last seen on February 23rd.

Dallas police say Paige is an 83-year-old black man with gray hair and brown eyes. He is about 5 feet 9 inches and 200 pounds.

Police say Paige may be confused and needs help. He was driving a gray Chevrolet Cruze with Pennsylvania license plate LLN-1582.

Page was last seen wearing blue jeans and a gray shirt. He was in the 3000 block of West Mockingbird Lane. He was spotted in Fort Worth on a street camera at 6:41 a.m. on Feb. 25, police said.
