Dallas GameStop shooting suspect arrested and charged with capital murder

The 18-year-old accused of shooting and killing a man at a GameStop store in Dallas early last month is now in the Dallas County Jail.

Jameson Mills was charged with terrorist threat/other felony murder for the murder of 25-year-old Jacob Cohen.

Court records say Mills was at Pleasant Grove with a 16-year-old on Feb. 19 when Cohen stopped to say something to them.

It was then that the 16-year-old and Mills pulled out their weapons and opened fire, according to security video viewed by investigators.

Cohen drew his own pistol and returned fire. He died inside the store.

The 16-year-old was shot dead and eventually taken into custody by Garland police.
