Crazy Horse Canyon Road closed overnight for emergency culvert repairs

PRUNEDAL, Calif. (KION-TV) — Drivers Thursday night can expect a lane closure on North Highway 101 at Crazy Horse Canyon Road overnight for emergency culvert repairs, Caltrans said.

The left lane will be closed from 19:00 to 5:00 for the night. The closure will be from 0.25 miles of Crazy Horse Canyon Road to 0.5 miles south of Dunbarton Road.

The lane closure is part of a larger project needed by crews to carry out emergency work to replace a culvert and restore a slope badly damaged in recent storms, Caltrans said.

Messages and directional signs will be posted to ensure drivers expect a 15-minute delay.
