Behold, Duck: North Texas Pizza Honors Duck Prescott with Pizza Creation

And one business owner in North Texas is deliciously cheering on the team and its star quarterback.

Greg Tierney, owner Motor City Pizza in Lewisville, says he did a little digging into what he likes to eat Dak Prescott from Cowboys QB. With this information, something very desirable was born: “Duck.”

“I always try to come up with something unusual or unique. Something relevant,” Tierney said. “It just occurred to me. Cowboys are the thing and who just kick ass more than anyone else? Duck Prescott.

Tierney says he was inspired to make Cajun-style pizza when he saw that Prescott was born and raised in Louisiana, moved to Mississippi and loves to cook Cajun cuisine.

And for anyone who doubts Cajun-style pizza, Tierney says this: “Dude, as soon as you see it, especially on the Detroit-style crust, this is a light, fluffy, deep rectangular dish with blackened chicken, crawfish and andouille sausage. “People love it,” he said. — Peppers, onions, tomatoes, cheese and Cajun cream sauce bring it all together.

Tierney hopes Prescott likes it. And that he could just cut Duck off the discount if he popped in for a bite to eat.
