Arrest warrant issued for art gallery owner who abducted homeless woman

San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins said Wednesday her office issued an arrest warrant for Collier Gwyn, an art gallery owner who was seen in a video hosing down a local homeless woman.

Jenkins tweeted that Gwyn would face a misdemeanor charge “for alleged willful and unlawful spraying” on the woman, who is alternately referred to as Cora or Q. The incident caused widespread outrage after a video of the incident went viral.

Next @SFPDinvestigation and consideration of all evidence provided, my office has issued a warrant for the arrest of Collier Gwyn. Gwyn is charged with an administrative offense for allegedly intentionally and illegally spraying water on and around a homeless woman on 01/09/22.
