Arlington Police Investigate ER Hospital Firearm Incident, Suspect at Large

Arlington Police are working on an active situation at Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital in which officers said a woman entered the emergency room lobby with a gun at approximately 8:55 a.m. Saturday.

No shots were fired, according to police. The suspect fled before police arrived and was last seen walking westbound on Randall Mill Road.

No information has been released about the events leading up to this situation, but APD confirms to NBC 5 that police officers are currently still surrounding the hospital to secure the area.
