Annual Lantern Egg Hunt – Event and Ticket Information

You won’t want to miss out, join the fun! Join the Parks and Recreation Department for the annual Lantern Egg Hunt on Thursday, April 6 from 6 pm to 10 pm at the Dell Diamond Northwest and Williamson County Old Settlers Association parking lot.

Tickets for this event are ONLY PRESALE! A limited number of participants are allowed in each hunt; Buy tickets in advance to secure your seat. The early registration fee (August 6 to March 22) is $7 per hunter; late registration (begins March 23) – $10. We ask that you arrive 30 minutes early in order to be on time for the scheduled hunting time. ***PRE-SALE TICKETS ONLY; REGISTRATION IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

Wristband Retrieval: The Flashlight Egg Hunt Bracelet can be obtained from the Clay Madsen Recreation Center. Tuesday, April 12, from 12:00 to 21:00. 1:00 p.m.

Wristbands can also be collected on the day of the event at the festival site, starting at 17:30. Please bring your receipt with you when you receive your bracelet.

Schedule of events:

7:00 pm: Parent helps with egg hunting for children ages 0-4: not so dark for our younger hunters. Only one parent will be allowed in the hunting ring to assist, the parent must remain with the hunter at all times. Please register only hunters. Parents DO NOT need to register.

20:00: Parental Shadowhunt: For children ages 5 and up. One parent will be allowed into the ring to assist, which is recommended for our junior hunters. The parent must always be near the hunter. Please register only hunters. Parents DO NOT need to register.

20:30: Parental Flashlight Hunt: For children aged 5 and over, a parent will be allowed into the ring to assist, which is recommended for our junior hunters. The parent must always be near the hunter. Please register only hunters. Parents DO NOT need to register.

21:00: Children only hunting with a flashlight: parents are not allowed on the hunting ring, recommended for our senior hunters. To register CLICK HERE!

** Parents can choose which hunt they want their Flashlight Egg Hunter to participate in, you know your child best; please choose the hunt most suitable for them.
