A teenage skateboarder is in critical condition after an accident in the Winter Garden

WINTER GARDEN, Florida. – A teenager on a skateboard was hit Thursday afternoon during a hit-and-run in the Winter Garden, leaving the teenager in critical condition, according to the police department.
A police report said the crash happened around 4:55 p.m. near 4200 Winter Garden Vineland Road.
After the accident, a teenager with severe injuries was airlifted to the Arnold Palmer Hospital. The teen is in critical condition in the hospital, according to police.
