A man arrested in the tamarin monkey case is charged with other incidents at the Dallas Zoo.

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – That man accused of stealing two tamarins from the Dallas Zoo on Monday was linked to clouded leopard and langur incidents last month, Dallas police said on Friday.

At a press conference, a police spokesman revealed that Davion Irwin had been arrested on six counts of animal cruelty and one count of burglary in connection with the disappearance of the tamarins. Irvine also encountered another case of burglary involving a clouded leopard escaping after a hole was cut in its habitat and police linked it to a similar hole found in a langur habitat.

Irvine was not associated with death of the vanishing vulture in zoo. Investigations into all four incidents are still ongoing and police have said further charges are possible.

Bella and Finn were generally in good health, but had lost some weight during their disappearance. The zoo said they have since regained some of the weight they lost and remain in quarantine.

Irvin is being held in the Dallas County Jail on $25,000 bail on five charges of abuse. His bail was not set for either the burglary charge or any of the abuse charges.
