Austin police need help finding two bank robbery suspect

Austin, Texas – The Austin PD needs your help in identifying a man suspected of robbing two banks.
The first robbery took place on January 26 at 3:40 pm at the Wells Fargo Hotel in South Congress near Riverside Dr. in South Austin.
The second incident occurred on February 6 at 1:45 pm at the Prosperity Bank on West North Loop Blvd. next to Burnet Road. in Central Austin.
Police say in both robberies, the suspect entered the bank, gave the cashier a note demanding money and threatening violence, and fled with the money.
The suspect is described as a black male in his 30s and 50s, about 6 feet tall and weighing between 240 and 250 pounds.
