16-year-old missing in New Braunfels: police

NEW BROWNFELS, TX – The New Braunfels Police Department is asking the public for help in finding a missing 16-year-old.

Alyssa Lerma, who can also be called Alyssa Flores, left her home in Avery Park in southeast New Braunfels on January 6 with her dog. The dog has since been found but is still missing, according to police.

Lerma doesn’t have a mobile phone and the necessary medicines, so she may need medical attention, police say.

She was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black leggings, and black Crocs-inspired shoes.
