You saw him? Deputies say a search is underway for a missing man with severe mental disorders who was last seen in Pearlland.

PIERLAND, Texas – A search is underway for a missing person in Pearland Wednesday afternoon, according to the Brazoria County Sheriff’s Office.

Daniel Galindo, 38, was last seen on home surveillance at 2:30 p.m. walking alone in the 3900 block of 48 County Road. He was wearing a black and gray polo shirt and black trousers.

The sheriff’s office has enlisted several criminal investigators, a drone team, a patrol, teams of Texas Criminal Justice Department detective dogs, and other personnel to help search the area.

Galindo’s family members said that he suffers from several mental disorders and needs constant care. They also said that Galindo is very limited in his ability to communicate and can only respond in Spanish.
