The restaurant, which opened its doors in 2018, already has branches in LA’s Arcadia, Rowland Heights, and Monterey Park neighborhoods. The menu will continue to offer a wide selection of over 70 ingredients, which customers can fill their bowls with, and are then charged based on the overall weight of their hot pot. There will also be various spice levels to choose from to add that extra kick to their broth.

The new branch signifies YinTang’s desire to expand its reach further in the San Diego region. The concept of creating a hot pot that is unique to each customer’s taste has been incredibly popular, especially among millennials who are seeking a truly personalized dining experience.
