Would you buy this Texas house full of skeletons for $125,000?

This haunted house is looking for a living person to sign his deed.

In the tiny town of Byrd, Texas, a house went viral for being one of the scariest residential property listings to hit Zillow in recent memory.

The three-bedroom, 1.5-bath ranch-style home that costs $125,000 doesn’t seem worthy of internet fame at first glance: the listing image shows a white structure with an enclosed yard and less than busy landscaping.

Shots of the interior, however, show a cursed paradise full of diabolical decor – from a few coffins to a plethora of skeletons, ghouls galore, and giant spiders everywhere.

There are also various inventive entrances, including a faux fireplace in the living room that serves as a secret entrance to the kitchen, and additional storage spaces accessed through open coffins.

Indeed, the entire 2,000-square-foot main house is literally saturated with the undead and their equipment.

“Even room for a gurney for night operations,” the description notes.

On 2 acres of land there are many other terrible pleasures, from hacky to scary.

There is a painted school bus, a fake graveyard, and many outbuildings, including “outdoor portable toilets.”

Married owners, KW SYNERGY listing agent Tina Irias told The Post, love Halloween.

She first met the newly retired couple a few years ago when they were selling property in another area.

“They are not satanic or anything like that,” Irias told The Post. “They are the nicest people. They just love Halloween.”

They let her know they were close to the holiday in the form of a warning before she saw the first property, but Irias, who admits she “hates haunted houses”, was still not ready.

“I was waiting for a pumpkin. They weren’t pumpkins,” she said.

She instructed the couple to collect their sinister jewelry before taking photos. They are not.

“I was shocked when I opened the photos,” she recalls. “I’ve given other agents a personal note: ‘Just don’t let your customers notice the coffin-shaped coffee table.’

This time, she took the photos herself and, despite her eccentricity, received several offers within 24 hours of posting the ad.

In addition to this home, the owners are also willing to sell their extensive collection of hair-raising furniture, as well as the name and rights to the haunted house they live in there in October, for an additional $75,000 or $200,000 in total. .

According to Irias, the attraction called “Thirteen Vultures” attracts about 1,800 people annually.

Her website, she explained, advertises many of the horrors that have taken place on site, but they are all creative lies designed to entertain guests.

However, some guests report supernatural energy in the house.

“Some people say they feel a presence in the house, and we’ve got some photos of the spheres,” owner Clu Burnham told The Guardian.

Even if the house was indeed haunted, the state does not require sellers to report this to buyers.

“In Texas, all we have to report is whether there was a murder on the territory, and, of course, there was nothing like that,” Irias said.
