The former Marine Corporal, identified in the suit as an SS, “lost several jobs”, had to change his phone number over 100 times, and had strained relationships with family, former girlfriends and current partner, all of whom were targeted by Collins. persecution, court documents allege.

S.S. and Collins dated for about a year and a half, but because she lived in Oregon — and S.S. was overseas most of that time — he sent her racy photos and videos, the document says.

He said that during his time in the Marines, he often did not have a telephone connection, and when he came to the port, “my phone was torn with messages.” According to him, Collins even called his command to try to contact him.

“I couldn’t take it anymore,” he said. “I wanted to break up with her.”

However, afterwards, “she kept pushing and pushing and trying to get back with me,” he said.

According to him, SS and his parents allegedly received calls from Collins threatening to commit suicide or with messages that she misses him.

According to SS, Collins mailed letters to his family, including one with a nude photo of him. And he claimed that she called and texted him, his family and loved ones countless times from 22 different phone numbers, and contacted his friends on social media.

A current SS girlfriend told The Post that Collins allegedly contacted him 5,500 times over a 10-day period in October 2022. SS claims that starting that same month, Collins escalated the harassment by sharing X-rated photos of him with his current girlfriend, her family. and his family filing lawsuits.

In total, Collins sent them two videos and 12 images more than 77 times in a text message, the lawsuit says.

She also posted a nude photo of SS on Craigslist.

“She doesn’t give up,” S.S. said.

A friend of SS told The Post that she was fired from her job a few weeks ago and her employer told her they wanted nothing to do with the drama after she took a leave of absence from work to go to court and was called by the police. because of problems with Collins.

According to S.S., over the years he tried to obtain restraining orders, which were difficult to enforce because he was traveling with the Marines. Both he and his current girlfriend, 33, struggled to get an injunction due to the complications of living in different states from Collins, the current girlfriend alleged.

Earlier this month, S.S. and his family, who went to police, successfully obtained a restraining order against Collins, according to police and government documents obtained by The Post.

He is suing for at least $150,000.

“I want it to stop and end it,” S.S. said. about his hope for a claim.

The current girlfriend said she hopes the information from the federal lawsuit will help prosecutors file criminal charges against Collins. She said prosecutors were having difficulty with the case because Collins lives in Oregon and they live in New Jersey.

“I hope she leaves us alone,” the friend said. “I hope [the lawsuit] protect others from it.”

A friend claimed that Collins works with children in the field of psychology – and “it’s scary.”
