According to the co-owner of the local Buzzed Bull Creamery, they can make anything they can think of.

SAN ANTONIO — A cheese factory is trying to create new ways for customers to enjoy their products — not only visually, but also tasting.

Buzzed Bull Creamery, located north of San Antonio, serves ice cream but with a twist…or a few.

“Buzzed Bull Creamery is a family run liquid nitrogen ice cream shop. Here we have the opportunity to make ice cream, milkshakes or sorbets – and the trick is that we are going to make it on the spot. We are a creamery, not a scoop,” said Dane Franta, co-owner of Buzzed Bull Creamery. “So, it takes a little time to create, but that’s the fun part. This is a real creation. We can make it to your taste and tailor it the way you want.”

You can also opt for “studded” ice cream. Hints at the name “buzzing bull”.

But if you’re looking to try something new and don’t know where to start, here’s a fragrance that continues to bring customers back.

“Right now, from our signature menu, I would say it’s Death by Chocolate. I mean, you can’t go wrong when you talk about chocolate syrup, brownies, and chocolate chips just drizzled on top. upstairs,” said Franta. “Probably one in four people orders Death by Chocolate.
