WANTED: Who killed 14-year-old Carlos Lugo?

HOUSTON, Texas – The Houston Police Department’s Crime Services and Homicide Squad need the public’s help in identifying murder suspects.

Reward of up to $5,000 leading to indictment and arrest of suspects in this case.

On Saturday, February 4, 2023 at approximately 11:00 am, 14-year-old Carlos Lugo was found dead in the 2000 block of Firnath Street in Houston, Texas. Carlos was reported missing in January 2022. He was shot dead and found only a mile from where he was last seen. It is not known where the teenager was killed and there are currently no known suspect(s) or motives.

The family of Carlos Daniel Lugo is asking for the community’s help in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for this murder.
