WANTED – Responsible for fatal hit and run – Cameron Scott

HOUSTON, TX — The Houston Police Department’s Crime Squad and Motor Vehicle Crime Squad need the public’s help in identifying the suspects responsible for the hit-and-run – failure to stop and get help – fatal.

Reward of up to $5,000 leading to indictment and arrest of suspects in this case.

On Sunday, January 29, 2023 at approximately 5:00 AM, Cameron Scott was hit by a car in the 3400 block of W. Gulf Bank Rd. in Houston, Texas. During the incident, Mr. Scott was crossing the street when they were hit by the suspect’s car, which was traveling west. The suspect fled the scene without helping the victim. The victim suffered serious injuries and unfortunately died as a result of the collision.

Due to the nature of the crime, there is no description of the suspect and his vehicle. It is important to note that vehicles involved in crashes often have obvious and visible damage.
