WANTED: Child Sexual Abuse Suspect

HOUSTON, Texas. The perpetrators and the Houston Police Department’s Special Victims Unit are seeking the public’s help in finding a fugitive (Carlos Orlando Villata-Cortez) who is wanted for aggravated sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14.

Around June 9, 2018, Houston police officers received a report of aggravated child sexual abuse that occurred in the 5800 block of Dr. Clairwood in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the victim became indignant, and the detectives learned that Carlos Villata-Cortez had raped the victim.

Fugitive Carlos Villata-Cortez is a 36-year-old Hispanic, 5ft 7in, 180lbs. with brown eyes and brown hair.
