Viral video claiming Titanic never sank shocks people

The viral video, which has over 11 million views on TikTok, claims a very convincing theory that the real Titanic never sank.

Instead, a woman named Mia believes that the Olympic ship was deliberately sunk to avoid the exorbitant cost of repairing it.

“I was a child of the Titanic, meaning I knew literally all the facts about the Titanic,” says Mia. “My ass sat for hours and watched documentaries. But when I heard this theory, everything made sense.”

“White Star Line, a super important shipping company, has built three super remarkable ships. We have the Titanic, the Olympic and the Britannic,” she adds. At the time, the British company was one of the most famous shipping lines in the world, providing passenger and freight services between the British Empire and the United States.

“The Britannic left first – it was a warship, and people say it blew up like a land mine in the water. But no, it wasn’t. It was hit by a torpedo from a German submarine and sank.”

“As you can see, it resembles the Titanic. Just like different colors. And you can see where he went.”

The Britannic was used as a hospital ship in 1915 and was painted green and white. On the morning of November 21, 1916, she sank, killing 30 people. 1036 people survived.

There were conflicting reports as to whether the ship sank due to an enemy submarine or a mine explosion.

“And then we have the Olympic and the Titanic. They look the same,” Mia continues in the video. “Olympic” was on the water for some time. She was about to retire and they knew it. They said, “Well, it took a lot of money to build the Titanic, and it’s going to be even more to renovate the Olympic.” So what if we just ship the Olympic instead, sink that hoe, claim the insurance money, and then just strip the Titanic like it was the Olympic for parts.”

Mia believes that no one really knew what the interior of the Titanic actually looked like other than the people who built it, assuming it would be easy to flip them over.

“Who would know? Nobody would know,” she says.

Mia then describes some of the famous people who decided at the last minute not to board the Titanic, including J.P. Morgan, a prominent banker who, ironically, was the owner of the White Star Line.

Milton Hershey of Hershey’s famous chocolate brand also missed the Titanic, despite having already paid bail. Instead, he took the German liner America because the businessman was needed earlier than expected at his chocolate factory.

Mia, however, does not mention the Vanderbilts, who also made the last-minute decision not to fly on the Titanic.

“Were they told not to because they knew he would drown anyway?” Mia asks, also noting that the number of windows doesn’t match.

“The Titanic has 14 side windows and the Olympic has 16. Somehow, magically, by the grace of God, by the grace of Jesus, the Titanic had 16 side windows the day it left. Did they just add two more for fun? Not.”

Finally, her arguments in support of the theory concerned two boats that were nearby – the SS Californian, which is believed to be the only ship that saw the Titanic, or at least its rocket – but did not take any action to help.

Instead, it was the Carpathia, which arrived 2 hours after the Titanic had already sunk to help the survivors.

“We don’t know where she is. [SS Californian] left, but it wasn’t the Titanic,” Mia says. Carpathia did. The Carpathia was several hours away, and by the time she got there, the ship would be gone, the ship would have sunk. Convenient.”

“Besides, every time they advertise the Titanic, they use photos of the Olympic. They took a picture of the Olympic inside and used it as an advertisement.”

“I’m not wrong.”

In response, people were convinced.

“I didn’t have a titanic plot on my 2023 bingo card ,” one person in the video replied.

“It was planned… For example: JP Morgan had more than one rival on the Titanic. He went out and they died, which made his business a success,” another person said, adding to the plot.

“No BC [sic] why does it make sense (also titanic kids unite).” One viewer agreed.

“Like a titanic child, I LIVE for this video,” wrote another.
