Vandal slashes tires on NYPD vehicles parked outside Queens Station

A man slashed the tires of seven NYPD vehicles near a train station in Queens on Friday morning, police said.

The tire puncture occurred around 7 a.m. outside the 1212 Precinct building on Austin Street, near Yellowstone Boulevard. in Forest Hills, police said.

He punctured one tire each on four vehicles with NYPD markings and three unmarked vehicles, police said.

Police said the suspect, who is fair-skinned and of average build, got into a beige SUV and drove west on Yellowstone Boulevard.

He was last seen wearing a brown cap, black mask, multicolored jacket and black pants, police said.
