Two Chicago women were among three people killed in shooting near Beverly Hills

A shooting Sunday morning at a short-term rental home near Beverly Hills resulted in the deaths of three people, including two women, who hailed from the Chicago metropolitan area.

The victims have been identified as Iyana Hutton, 33, of Chicago, Nena Davis, 29, of Bolingbrook, Illinois, and Destiny Sims, 26, of Buckeye, Arizona, according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office. All three victims are from Illinois.

Three women and seven others were killed in a shootout that took place early Saturday morning.

According to a press release issued by the Beverly Hills Police Department, the shooting occurred at approximately 2:30 a.m. at a short-term rental home located on the 2700 block of Allison Drive, north of Beverly Hills.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, five women were present when the car was hit; four of them were sitting inside the car, and the other two were standing outside.

According to the Associated Press, all three bodies were found inside a car parked in front of the house.

The condition of all four victims after the attack is assessed as critical. According to the police, two of them themselves drove to the hospital for medical treatment, and the other two were taken there by ambulance.

By mid-morning on Saturday, two patients had reached a stable condition.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, “we can confirm that this was a shootout in which the victims were shot.” “We can confirm that this was not an active shooter situation or an incident.”

It was not possible to obtain any information about the shooter or shooters, and neither the age nor the sex of the victims were made public.
