Police say two men got out of the car with a gun.

“By the time they got back here, they saw one of their friends being attacked by a group of men,” Detective Michael Bui said. “It’s when the tall guy in the black sweater passes the firearm to the guy in the red sweater.”

Video surveillance from the spot shows how events unfold.

“He shoots. He shoots one victim first and then runs up and shoots another victim,” Detective Bui said. “He runs back to his car. He left the parking lot, picked up two of their friends, and they ran away from here.

Both victims of the shooting survived and are expected to recover.

If you recognize any of the suspects involved in the shooting, Detective Bui asks that you email him at [email protected] or call 214-862-4411.
