Three teenagers have been arrested for armed robbery at a gas station near Ormond Beach, deputies said.

VOLUSIA COUNTY, Florida. — According to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office, three teenagers were arrested in an armed robbery in December at a gas station near Ormond Beach.

An armed robbery took place on December 19 at a Chevron store located at 1716 Ocean Shore Blvd. around 21:47, the deputies said.

Tyler Evans and Bradley Fahey, 19, and Even Stidham, 18, were taken into custody, sheriff officials said.

Deputies said one of the teenagers demanded money, pointing a gun at a gas station clerk.

Detectives said they were able to use CCTV, license plate readers and other evidence to identify the three suspects and learned that the three were planning the robbery together.

All three suspects are in custody on charges of robbery with a firearm and possession of a firearm by the offender.

Stidham also faces an additional charge of providing false information to law enforcement during a criminal investigation, MPs said.

The three men are being held at the Volusia County Jail.
