Three Separate Stabbings Reported In Trenton Yesterday

TRENTON, NJ (MERCER)–Trenton Public Information Officer Timothy J. Carroll, told MidJersey.news that there were three separate stabbings reported yesterday October 22, 2022, in Trenton.


At 3:38 a.m. a 48-Year-Old Polish speaking male walked into Capital Health Regional Medical Center Fuld with multiple facial fractures stating he was assaulted at Brunswick Avenue and Heil Avenue during an attempted robbery.  The scene was located at Brunswick Avenue and Heil Avenue.


At approximately 2:36 p.m., Trenton Police Communications received a call reporting a possible stabbing in progress near Dye Street and Haggerty Alley. Trenton Police, Trenton EMS and Trenton Fire Department were detailed to the scene. The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries to his back. A suspect was arrested. The victim was taken to Helene Fuld Medical Center.


At 10:35 p.m. a victim walked into Captial Health Regional Medical Center /Helene Fuld Hospital with a stab wound to the chest. Upon investigation it was found that the victim was arguing with his girlfriend at the park located at the above location about being homeless and she stabbed him in the chest and then fled into a nearby building. Non-Life threatening.
