Three daughters of Lisa Marie Presley will inherit Graceland

Lisa Marie Presley’s three daughters will inherit Graceland, The Post has learned.

Since the news of Presley’s death last week, many have begun to wonder what this means for the future of Graceland, where her father, the king of rock, Elvis Presley, lived with his parents.

“The trust (which includes Graceland) will go to Lisa’s daughters Marie, Riley, Finlay and Harper,” a spokesperson for Graceland told The Post.

Elvis’ famous mansion in Memphis, Tennessee was first given to his daughter after his death in 1977.

It was Presley’s childhood home – and more importantly, it was here that her father died at the age of 42. Presley officially received the estate on her 25th birthday – effectively becoming the sole owner of Graceland.

She also had $100 million left, which she quickly squandered through a series of devastating business decisions.

Elvis bought Graceland in 1957 for $100,000. The estate has since opened its doors to paying visitors and has even offered guided tours as well as overnight stays.

Now this luxurious estate is estimated at 500 million dollars.

“A tour of the Graceland Mansion includes the living room, his parents’ bedroom, the kitchen, the TV room, the billiard room, the famous jungle room, his father’s office, the newly improved trophy building, the racquetball building – recently restored to what it looked like in 1977, and Meditation Garden,” the website says.

The younger Presley, who died on January 12 following cardiac arrest, is survived by twin daughters Harper and Finely Lockwood, 14, and daughter Riley Keough, 33. She was 54 years old.

While the fate of the estate remained in doubt, Presley had previously hinted that the house would always be in her family.

“This is absolutely mine 100 percent and has always been mine, Graceland,” she told Entertainment Tonight in 2013. – It’ll be this way forever. And when it ceases to be mine, it will belong to my children. That’s all”.

The Presley family announced that a public memorial would be held at the house on January 22.

Representatives previously told Page Six that Presley would be buried there with his father and late son Benjamin, who committed suicide in 2020 at the age of 27.
