The trio are wanted for burglary at Publix on Marco Island.

COLLIER COUNTY, Florida. The Marco Island Police Department is looking for three suspects in a burglary at a publix parking lot on Marco Island.

On January 11, 2023, officials report that the victim was placing groceries in the back seat of her car when she was approached by an unidentified man identified as Hispanic and wearing a covid mask.

The man reportedly distracted the victim while a second man approached the car, opened the door and stole the victim’s wallet. A third suspect, described as a masked Hispanic woman, appeared to have acted as a lookout in the parking lot.

After the theft, the three suspects left and the victim was unaware of the crime until she returned home.

Two of the three suspects were filmed in the store prior to the theft. Police are asking anyone with information to contact the Marco Island Police Department.
