The list of houses, which shows a cemetery instead of a backyard, amazed people

Talk about ice burial.

A recent listing for sale that showed a video tour of a seemingly ordinary home in downtown Philadelphia gave viewers their biggest surprise when the camera ended up panning to a backyard cemetery.

The video, which consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, has already racked up over 2.3 million views since being posted on TikTok.

At the time of posting the video, the house was already in the contract. And it looks like the creepy, chilling cemetery wasn’t enough to scare potential buyers.

The offer was quickly made about a week after it was listed for sale for $325,000.

According to the documents, the buyer closed the house on February 14, with a final sale price of $317,500.

The previous description of the 1,234-square-foot house did not mention the cemetery.

Instead, it simply states that the Mount Airy house “has been completely refurbished”.

Features listed include an open-plan floor plan with hardwood floors, built-in lighting and a gourmet kitchen.

Additional features include a finished basement, terrace (which overlooks the sea gravestones) and floating stairs.

“Conveniently located,” the listing adds, “there are many restaurants and shops nearby, close to public transport and easy access to major highways.”

“If you are in the basement, you literally sleep next to the corpses,” commented one person.

“That sweeper was FAST,” another noted.

“On this list, I ‘died’,” joked another.
